This Policy explains when and why we collect personal information about people who visit my website, how I use it and keep it secure. The Policy may change from time to time, and by using my website, you’re agreeing to be bound by this Policy.


Who is Collecting and can Access the Information?

  1. I will not sell or rent your information to any third parties

  2. I will not share your information with third parties for any marketing purposes.


What type of information is collected?


Information on the website is collected in 3 ways:


1. Anonymously: IP address (your web traffic on my site), this includes the type of device you use, country of origin and what pages/how long were you looking at.. This information is collected and held by google analytics and accessed by only me.

2. Directly: When you make an inquiry, through my website, social media etc you are volunteering information that I collect and use by answering your questions and following up with requests.

3. Third Party: If you purchase a product or service from me using an online payment method, your card information is not held by me but it is collected by a third party payment processor (bank transfers etc) who specialize in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. The only information I receive from the third party are notifications that a transaction has taken place, with the name of the payee, the date and the amount of the transaction. 


How is your information used?


  1. Fulfill contracts/ obligations agreed upon by both consenting parties.

  2. Follow up with you to see how you got on with my services.

  3. Notify you of any changes to my services.


I will hold onto your information for as long as I hold onto your photos. Depending on the nature of the photos (wedding) newborn etc that have a high emotional attachment I may hold photos/information for a period of 10 years for 2 reasons:

  1. So that in the vent you lose your photos that means so much I can provide them to you.

  2. Should your photos serve a purpose in the future for my business outside of previous consent I may contact you to get consent to use photos.


Who has access to your information?




  1. I will not sell or rent your information to any third parties

  2. I will not share your information with third parties for any marketing purposes. 


Direct Marketing


I do not currently run a subscription service for direct marketing nor will I market any promotions directly to you. I will only contact you to follow up with your inquiry. To fulfill contracts obligations until all contracts have been settled.





I do not make profiles of any information I collect. I do keep a GDPR file on all information collected, how it was collected and where it is stored.


Security / Precautions 


All my images are secured on a password protected drives. My PC is password protected. My website is built and secured by WIX. Just look at the lock on the far left of the address bar. If you select it, it will give you more information. Essentially the information you enter and payments on my website etc are secured by WIX who is compliant with all laws. When sending an email through my contact form it goes to my Hotmail account. This account is controlled and secured by Microsoft who is also compliant to GDPR.


Any information provided over the internet can never be guaranteed 100% secure. any information you transmit to me, and you do so at your own risk. 


Where applicable I will give you the password to online galleries. Once you have the password it is up to you to protect it on your end from third parties.
